The good in me seeks the good in you. – Joel Gardner (1942-2007)

A little background about my father and why I post this quote online every day. He is buried in a cemetery somewhere in New York where I can visit his gravestone. I would much rather tweet his words to 10,000+ people every day and let him live through that. Also he would have gotten a total kick out of this.
My father was truly an amazingly good man. At his funeral the one thing that people repeatedly said to me was that he was truly good. I knew that. I lived with that. We were great friends and he still is a part of my life. My father is the creative spark inside me. By using his quote, “The good in me seeks the good in you.” I am constantly reminded of my direction in life and of my dad.
